The Third Annual Wharton Restructuring Conference
will take place on Friday, February 16, 2007 at
the Union League of Philadelphia. The conference
will feature outstanding keynote speakers,
Jerry York (Chairman, President &
CEO, Harwinton Capital, Former Member of the Board at General Motors and Advisor to Kirk Kerkorian's Tracinda Corporation) and Al Koch (Vice Chairman & Managing Director, AlixPartners). The conference will
also feature panels on various financial, legal and operational issues prevalent in restructuring both domestically and internationally.
In February 2006, The Wharton School of
the University of Pennsylvania hosted the
Second Annual Wharton Restructuring Conference.
More than 250 attendees heard Robert Stevens "Steve" Miller,
Chairman of the Board & CEO, Delphi Corporation, and Henry S. Miller, Chairman, Managing Director & Co-Founder, Miller Buckfire, speak
of their experiences in restructuring.
Building upon the success of its predecessors,
we are pleased to bring you the Wharton Restructuring Conference 2007.
